International Flight Attendant Senior - Savannah, GA

Position Purpose

The International Flight Attendant Senior (IFAS) is responsible for ensuring the safety of all passengers while delivering a world-class aviation experience. This role involves managing the cabin environment through exceptional service, meticulous menu planning, cabin preparation, and serving as the subject matter expert on all galley and cabin operations to meet client expectations.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain cabin safety through situational awareness, thorough safety briefings, effective crew communication, and emergency assistance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all cabin and galley features, including connectivity and cabin management systems.
  • Support the sales team through pre-demo briefings and customized menu planning.
  • Utilize web-based systems for cabin amenity procurement.
  • Participate in flight operations leadership meetings to provide feedback and suggestions.
  • Manage inventory and control of catering, china, crystal, flatware, linens, and cabin amenities while away from base.
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for subsequent missions, including cleaning, stocking, and cargo labeling.
  • Adhere strictly to company purchasing and travel policies.
  • Stay current in general emergency and first-aid procedures; maintain annual proficiency in cabin operations and aviation mattress demonstration.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of corporate flight attendant experience required, with specific experience in international corporate aviation. Customer service experience preferred.
  • Certifications/Legal: Must possess a valid United States passport (or valid green card) and a valid United States driver’s license.
  • Training: Must pass flight attendant training, MedAire emergency training, and a medical evaluation by a designated American Medical Examiner within 90 days of hire.
  • Skills: Knowledge of cultural customs and protocols; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in iOS and Windows-based systems (MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive preferred). Foreign language skills are highly preferred.
  • Physical: Must be in good physical condition, capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate within one hour of the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.
  • Additional: No travel restrictions; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
