We are currently seeking an Instructor Passive Controller/Mission Simulator Operator to join our team in Geilenkirchen to support high-stakes training requirements for our military and defense partners.
Key Responsibilities

Operate simulator training devices and associated systems to facilitate effective training.

Provide expert guidance to military instructors to optimize simulator utilization.

Instruct students on checklist procedures, basic system knowledge, and emergency protocols.

Deliver comprehensive simulator scenario training throughout all phases of student development.

Conduct theoretical and practical instruction and augment the Customer Training Organization as needed.

Lead the development, execution, and review of training scenarios, including support for distributed simulator exercises.

Provide detailed briefings and debriefings to trainees and manage scheduling activities.

Maintain and update technical and operational publications and data.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program and provide demonstrations during site visits.

Track and report data regarding training events, student performance, and operational statistics.

Support the On-Site Manager and perform additional operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree combined with a relevant professional certification.

5 to 8 years of relevant work experience within an international environment.

Thorough, recent knowledge of Air Defence Operations and Air Battle Management (including offensive and maritime operations) performed in an Air Surveillance and Control Unit (e.g., AWACS, JTAC, or CRC).

Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Passive Controller/Electronic Combat Officer in the E-3 or an equivalent AEW&C platform.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an instructor in the specified position.

Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.

Strong communication skills capable of interacting with diverse customer groups.

Pragmatic, hands-on, and service-oriented approach.

Full professional fluency in English.

Eligibility to obtain and maintain NATO security clearance.
