Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive flight training in flight simulators and ground school settings, adhering strictly to regulatory agency standards, CAE's approved curriculum, and specific customer requirements.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding clients through their training programs.
- Upon successful completion of 1.5+ years of service and based on business needs, designated instructors will be expected to qualify as Training Center Evaluators (TCE) and customer contract check airmen.
- Provide simulator, flight, or classroom instruction for assigned aircraft types, facilitating the issuance of licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications.
- Conduct thorough and professional pre- and post-flight simulator briefings in accordance with CAE standards.
- Fulfill essential administrative duties, including maintaining training records, recommending remedial training when necessary, and tracking personal instructional qualifications and activity.
- Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the creation of curricula and courseware as required.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must hold or meet qualifications to receive an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate and possess a minimum of one unrestricted Pilot-In-Command (PIC) Type Rating.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching, supported by strong communication skills.
- Possess basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs.
- Must be willing to participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
- Must be authorized to live and work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience flying business aircraft is considered a significant advantage.
