CAE is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Aviation Training Specialist to deliver comprehensive training primarily within flight simulators and/or aircraft. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring all training aligns with stringent regulatory and customer requirements. This role involves conducting thorough and professional pre and post-flight simulator briefings, adhering to established CAE standards. The specialist will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the creation of curricula and courseware as needed, and may be required to act as an invigilator during examinations.
This position is classified as an Individual Contributor at a Specialist Professional level. The incumbent is recognized as a subject matter expert within their discipline or a key contributor in complex and critical environments. This role demands a broad range of experience in conducting complex and organizationally significant work. A professional degree complemented by broad knowledge across multiple professional disciplines and typically 8 years of related experience are required.
