Air Atlanta Icelandic is seeking non-type rated Boeing 747 First Officers to join their operation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to fly the Boeing 747-400 aircraft with a base of operations located at various international airports, with the contract base being the nearest international airport to the candidate's residence.

About the Role

This role involves serving as a First Officer on the Boeing 747-400 for Air Atlanta Icelandic. The position is open to candidates who are not currently type-rated on the Boeing 747. The start date for this position is to be determined. The position is based on a rotational schedule, with options including 20 days on/10 days off, 21 days on/14 days off, 21 days on/21 days off, and 24 days on/12 days off. Transport to and from base and lay-over stations is provided, along with return flights between the employee's country of domicile and the base. Accommodation is also provided at lay-over stations and designated bases.

Requirements

• EASA Part FCL ATPL with a valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME/IR).
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical certificate.
• ICAO English Language proficiency level 5 or higher.
• A minimum of 1000 flight hours on multi-crew CS25 certified aircraft, or a minimum of 500 flight hours on a heavy jet aircraft.
• The candidate's last flight should ideally have occurred within the preceding six months.
• Possession of a valid EU or UK Passport.
