Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality instruction and training to pilots in the Learjet 60/XR aircraft. Develop and implement training curricula. Evaluate pilot performance and provide constructive feedback. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain proficiency in Learjet 60/XR operations.
Requirements
Previous experience as an instructor pilot. Type rating and significant experience in the Learjet 60/XR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of aviation regulations and best practices.
