• Conducting initial Type Rating instruction (TRI duties) and advanced transition training courses for flight crew.
• Administering recurrent training, proficiency checks, and regulatory checks in strict accordance with organizational standards and national regulatory body requirements.
• Evaluating and documenting trainee progress rigorously, ensuring all instructional methods adhere to the highest industry benchmarks.
• Fostering a proactive safety culture and promoting professional excellence among all pilots undergoing instruction.
• Participating in the development and refinement of instructional materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the B707 fleet.
