Job Summary and Responsibilities

CAE Aviation seeks highly qualified and professional Pilots to execute demanding flight operations in complex international environments. This pivotal role involves performing challenging and interesting aerial surveillance and special assignments tailored to stringent customer requirements and specific mission parameters. Missions often occur under varied flight conditions and may take place in austere or remote environments globally. Successful candidates must demonstrate exceptional flexibility, a strong commitment to teamwork, and the ability to work away from home base on a rotational schedule. The ability to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance is mandatory for all applicants.

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have Requirements)

Prospective Pilots must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Valid EASA Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL(A)).
  • Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Certificate.
  • Valid Instrument Rating (IR).
  • Current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Valid English Language Proficiency (ELP) endorsement (minimum Level 4).
  • A minimum of 500 total flight hours.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and a strong team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have Requirements)

Candidates who possess the following additional certifications and experience will be highly regarded:

  • Valid FAA Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
  • Valid FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Current and relevant Type Rating (e.g., Beechcraft BE300/350, Cessna Single Engine Turboprop (SET)).
  • A minimum of 200 flight hours accumulated on Multiengine (Turboprop) aircraft.
