The Role: First Officer - King Air 200
The successful candidate will join a dynamic flight operations team, playing a crucial role in the safe and efficient operation of the King Air 200 aircraft. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated aviation professional to contribute to a leading private air charter company focused on delivering unparalleled client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Captain to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the King Air 200 throughout all flight phases.
- Execute comprehensive pre-flight planning, rigorous aircraft checks, and thorough briefings in strict adherence to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.
- Proactively monitor prevailing weather conditions, NOTAMs, and critical operational factors to guarantee optimal flight safety and efficiency.
- Meticulously maintain accurate and complete flight records and essential operational documentation.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to all passengers, prioritizing their comfort, security, and overall travel experience.
- Provide essential ground-based operational support as and when required to maintain seamless operations.
Requirements
- A valid UK CAA-issued Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with a current Instrument Rating (IR).
- Possession of a current UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Unrestricted eligibility to live and work within the United Kingdom.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills and an impeccable professional demeanour.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including availability for weekends and public holidays, dictated by operational requirements.
- Proven experience in multi-engine turbine aircraft operations.
- A King Air 200 type rating is highly desirable, though not an absolute prerequisite.
- Substantial experience within corporate, executive, or private air charter environments.
