The Role
The company is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated First Officer to join their professional flight crew, operating the Citation Bravo aircraft. This pivotal role involves assisting the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and passenger comfort on private and corporate charter missions across the specified region.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Captain to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Citation Bravo across all flight phases.
- Execute comprehensive pre-flight planning, meticulous aircraft checks, and thorough briefings in strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.
- Continuously monitor critical operational factors, including prevailing weather conditions, NOTAMs, and flight performance parameters, to guarantee safe and efficient flight execution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed flight records and associated documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, prioritising their comfort, safety, and overall inflight experience.
- Actively support ground operational duties as required, contributing to the smooth running of all flight-related activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a valid UK CAA-issued Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with Instrument Rating (IR).
- A current UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Legal eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction.
- Demonstrable experience operating multi-engine turbine aircraft.
- Proven experience within corporate/executive or charter aviation operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a professional demeanour.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and public holidays, to meet dynamic operational demands.
