Operating a network of over 100 destinations across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East, RAM facilitates global connectivity from its strategic hub at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca.
Position Overview
Royal Air Maroc is seeking B737 First Officers for a 5-year renewable contract. Successful candidates may commence as early as Winter 2025/2026.
Candidate Requirements

ATP or Frozen ATP Licence with a valid B737NG/MAX rating.

Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.

English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or above.

Minimum of 300 SIC hours on B737NG/MAX aircraft.

Clean accident/incident record.

Clean criminal record.

All aviation licences are accepted.
Terms and Conditions

Contract Length: 1 year, renewable up to a total of 5 years.

Base: Casablanca, Morocco.

Remuneration: Up to €5,500 per month, supplemented by overtime pay and a loyalty bonus.

Roster: 7 days off per month.

Benefits: Accommodation allowance, 24 days of annual leave, 6 days of sick leave per year, positioning flight tickets, ground transport between HQ and the airport, international health insurance, and comprehensive visa/work permit support.
