Instructor, Airbus A320 (Brookfields Contract)
Air Côte d'Ivoire, a leading African flag carrier, is seeking experienced and highly skilled A320-type rated Instructors to join its team through a Brookfields contract. Operating a modern fleet, with 70% of its aircraft being new, Air Côte d'Ivoire offers its passengers a comfortable and technologically advanced flying experience. The airline boasts a rapidly growing network, connecting over 20 international destinations across West, East and Central Africa, with plans to expand its fleet with the addition of the A330 this year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality instruction and training to Air Côte d'Ivoire pilots on the Airbus A320 aircraft type.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and efficient training program.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) issued by ICAO/EASA.
- Possess a valid and current A320 Type Rating.
- Have a valid Medical Class 1 Certificate.
- Demonstrate English proficiency at Level 4 or higher.
- Maintain a current flight record, with the last flight on type within the past 12 months.
- Possess a minimum of 3000 hours of total flight time.
- Have a minimum of 1000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time on type.
- Have a minimum of 500 hours of PIC experience as a Training Instructor (TRI).
Terms & Benefits:
- Monthly remuneration of USD 10,000.
- Normal working base: Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
- Block hours: Up to 90 hours per month.
- Overtime and per diem allowances provided.
- Flexible working patterns: 45 days on / 15 days off OR 60 days on / 20 days off.
- Positioning flights provided by the airline.
- Accommodation and ground transport (for duty purposes) provided.
- Visa/working permit provided by the airline.
- International medical insurance provided.

Shortlisted candidates will receive an email from Air Côte d'Ivoire requesting them to complete a SIGMUND Test and a personality test. Successful candidates will be invited to Istanbul or France for a SIM assessment, with the airline organizing flights and accommodation for the assessment.
