Flight Instructor
Astonfly, a leading ATO-approved flight school and exclusive partner to Ryanair in France, is seeking experienced and qualified professionals to join its dynamic teaching team. As a Flight Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of airline pilots, contributing to the school's growth and maintaining the highest standards of training.
Responsibilities

Conducting flight missions, including practical flight instruction and flight examinations.

Delivering theoretical lessons and simulator sessions.

Providing comprehensive briefings and debriefings.

Developing and updating educational materials and documentation.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:

Professional Pilot License (CPL) for airplanes.

Class rating on single-engine piston (SEP) and multi-engine piston (MEP) airplanes.

Minimum FI qualification; CRI and/or IRI qualifications are advantageous.

Instrument Rating (IR SE and IR ME).

Operational English proficiency, with a minimum FCL.055 Level 5 or English Level C1.
Professional Experience & Interpersonal Skills:

Minimum of 500 flight hours, including a mandatory 200 hours of instruction and FI CPL.

Possession of a mandatory FI Night qualification.

Proven ability to contribute proactively to a growing organization.

Demonstrated responsibility, autonomy, dynamism, and a client-oriented approach.
