About the Role

Deliver pilot ground instruction for core, specialty, and enrichment training courses.

Develop and prepare training materials aligned with client needs and curriculum standards.

Evaluate trainee progress and recommend qualification or further training.

Maintain accurate and complete training records for all clients.

Identify and address client training issues promptly.

Ensure instructor qualifications are current in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

Professional pilot background with ATPL theory, or significant aviation experience (e.g., armed forces, air traffic control, aeronautical engineering).

Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills, including active listening and clear communication of technical concepts.

Proficiency in English to conduct training sessions and communicate technical terminology.

Knowledge of aviation safety standards, practices, and regulations.

Effective classroom management and teaching abilities.
