Theoretical Knowledge Instructor – Ground Instructor

ASTONFLY, a leading ATO-approved flight school and exclusive partner for Ryanair in France, is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join its Ground Training department. The role involves delivering theoretical instruction for ab initio airline pilot training programs, contributing to the development of professional student pilots to high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Train student pilots in subjects required for theoretical certificate attainment, adhering to regulatory requirements and approved training syllabi.
Deliver theoretical training courses in accordance with the established training schedule and operational demands.
Develop and update course materials, proposing improvements as necessary.
Provide instructional support to students to enhance their success rates.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess an ATPL Theoretical certificate or demonstrate substantial expertise in ATPL theoretical subjects. An excellent command of English (minimum C2 on the European Scale) is mandatory.

Ideally, candidates will have professional experience as a pilot (instructional or airline) or in delivering theoretical aviation training. A genuine enjoyment of teaching groups of students is essential.
