Role Overview

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a dedicated Flight Crew Training Support Manager (m/f) to join the PITB department within Airbus Transport International (ATI) in Toulouse. This role is integral to the ATI team—the internal airline operating the Beluga fleet—responsible for the efficient, high-quality delivery of aircraft components across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative assistance to pilots and instructors, managing onboarding and ongoing follow-up processes.
  • Maintain accurate professional files for crew members, manage instructor/examiner lists, and monitor qualification tracking software.
  • Contribute to the creation, review, and optimization of training manuals, evaluation documentation, and internal department procedures.
  • Input, cross-reference, and monitor comprehensive training data, including MCQ results, training certificates, and qualification records.
  • Collaborate closely with the Crew Scheduling department at the Operations Control Center (OCC) under the supervision of the RDFE.

Candidate Profile

  • Background: Education or experience in administrative management, business support, or aviation/airport management.
  • Experience: Prior experience in administrative support or records management, ideally within the airline industry or aviation training centers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in G Suite is required. Knowledge of aviation regulations (AirOps, AirCrew) and industry-specific software (Cyberjet, Orlando) is considered a strong asset.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional rigor, strong organizational skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with flight crews.
  • Languages: Perfect fluency in French and an intermediate level of English are mandatory.
