Role Overview

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Flight Crew Training Support Manager to join the PITB department within Airbus Transport International (ATI). This role supports the internal airline operations of the Airbus Beluga fleet, ensuring the effective logistical delivery of aircraft components across Europe. The successful candidate will operate within a transnational organization dedicated to the operational success of Airbus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to pilots and instructors throughout their training activities and manage onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate professional files for crew members, manage instructor/examiner lists, and monitor qualification tracking software.
  • Assist in the creation, review, and optimization of training manuals, evaluation documentation, and internal department procedures.
  • Input, cross-reference, and monitor comprehensive training data, including MCQ results, training certificates, and qualification records.
  • Collaborate closely with the Crew Scheduling department at the Operations Control Center (OCC), working under the supervision of the RDFE.

Candidate Requirements

  • A background in administrative management, business support, or aviation/airport management is required. (Regulatory training provided upon hiring).
  • Prior experience in administrative support or records management, ideally within the airline industry or aviation training centers.
  • Proficiency in G Suite. Prior knowledge of aviation regulations (AirOps, AirCrew) and industry software (Cyberjet, Orlando) is considered a strong asset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, rigor, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with flight crews.
  • Perfect fluency in French and an intermediate level of English.
