A320 Captain - Pakistan
A private Pakistani airline, established in 2020, is currently seeking committed A320 Captains to join their expanding flight operations in 2025. This role offers the opportunity to operate domestic and international routes, with a primary focus on regional destinations across the Middle East.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will join the airline on a 3-year contract, which includes an initial 3-month probation period. Pilots will benefit from professional development, cultural immersion, and comprehensive support, including visa and residence permits for families.
Candidate Requirements

Valid EASA, ICAO, or FAA licenses (valid for at least 6 months post-application).

Minimum 5,000 total flight hours on any aircraft type.

Minimum 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on the A320.

English Language Proficiency level 5.

Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Evidence of a flight within the last 6 to 12 months.

RNAV/RNP and CAT-II qualification.

Current and valid Proficiency Check (PPC/LPC) upon joining.
Terms and Benefits

Basic monthly fee: USD 9,500.

Overtime pay: USD 100 per block hour for each hour exceeding 80 hours per month.

Roster pattern: 3 months on duty, 2 weeks off (90/15).

Operating bases: Karachi (KHI), Lahore (LHE), Islamabad (ISB), Sialkot (SKT), and Multan (MUX).

Additional support: Paid training prior to assessment, positioning flights, ground transport, accommodation, and local medical insurance.
Application Process
