A320 First Officer - Aviation Opportunities in Pakistan

A private Pakistani airline, headquartered in Karachi, is currently seeking committed A320 First Officers to support its expanding domestic and international operations. Since its inception in 2020, the airline has established a robust network, connecting Pakistan to key regional destinations, including Jeddah and Muscat.

Position Overview

The airline is looking for qualified pilots to join its growing team for 2025. This role offers the opportunity to operate within both domestic circuits and international routes across the Middle East. Successful candidates will be provided with professional training to ensure readiness for flight operations.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Valid EASA, ICAO, or FAA license (must remain valid for at least 6 months post-application).
  • Minimum of 1,500 total flight hours on any aircraft type.
  • Minimum of 1,000 flight hours as a First Officer (SIC) on the A320.
  • English language proficiency of Level 4 or higher.
  • Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Evidence of recent flight experience within the last 6 months.
  • RNAV/RNP and Minimum CAT-II qualifications.
  • Must possess a fresh Proficiency Check (PPC/LPC) upon joining.

Terms and Conditions

The airline offers a competitive package for successful candidates:

  • 3-year employment contract (includes a 3-month probation period).
  • Basic monthly fee of USD 5,000.
  • Overtime compensation for flight hours exceeding 80 hours per month.
  • Roster pattern: 3 months on, 2 weeks off (90/15).
  • Included benefits: Paid training, positioning flights, ground transport, accommodation, and local medical insurance.
  • Operating Bases: Karachi (KHI), Lahore (LHE), Islamabad (ISB), Sialkot (SKT), or Multan (MUX).
