Role Overview:

As a BA Cityflyer First Officer, you will prioritize delivering exceptional flight experiences for our diverse business and leisure clientele, ensuring their seamless journey to the heart of London. Operating primarily Embraer 190 aircraft from London City Airport, you will navigate one of the world's most challenging yet rewarding operational environments. This role demands the highest professional standards and a dedication to delivering industry-defining customer service. Our operations encompass a variety of European and UK destinations, with the possibility of overnight stays as part of your roster.

Essential Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Possession of a UK Part-FCL Licence; or
• Possession of an EASA licence, fulfilling the UK CAA's "Third Country CPL and ATPL licence conversion requirements" (routes 3, 4, 5, or 6).
• At the time of application, candidates must hold or have held a Multi-Pilot Aircraft Rating, a minimum of 500 flight hours or 100 route sectors on a Multi-Pilot Aircraft, and a valid Class 1 medical certificate with at least 6 months validity remaining upon commencement of employment. A minimum ICAO level 6 is required.

Reapplication Policy:

Candidates unsuccessful at previous stages (initial screening, video interview, capacity testing, or assessment centre) may reapply after a six-month period from their most recent assessment date. Candidates unsuccessful at the simulator stage must wait twelve months before reapplying. Please note that applications can only be submitted to one British Airways family airline (British Airways, Euroflyer, or Cityflyer) at a time.
