Aviation Pilot Position
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced pilot to join our flight operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft through rigorous testing protocols and representing the company during high-stakes flight operations.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct production ground and flight tests to validate aircraft airworthiness.

Perform demonstration flights for potential customers.

Execute Customer Acceptance flights.
Requirements

Hold a valid Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).

Possess a valid Class 1 medical certificate.

Minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time.

Minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time on large multi-engine aircraft.

Demonstrated flexibility to work irregular hours and ability to travel on short notice.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in flight testing is considered a definite asset.

A strong technical background in aircraft certification or training is highly desirable.
