Blue Islands, a provider of year-round, sustainable air connectivity to and from the Channel Islands, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join its Cabin Crew team. Operating a fleet of ATR 72 aircraft, Blue Islands facilitates approximately 900 flights per month between the Channel Islands, the UK, and Europe, serving as a vital link for the socio-economic wellbeing of the Channel Islands.

These are full or part-time positions with a varied roster pattern.
Candidate Requirements
- Hold a valid UK or Republic of Ireland issued passport, or an EU passport with granted UK (or UK Common Travel Area) settled status.
- Be available to join the next initial training course.
- Be 18 years of age or older (regulatory requirement).
- Be proficient in swimming.
- Possess a good standard of physical fitness.
- Successfully complete a Cabin Crew Medical Examination in accordance with UK CAA requirements.
- Provide references to satisfy a 5-year background and criminal record check, in order to obtain an airport security pass.
- Ideally, possess a minimum of twelve months experience in or a strong desire to excel in a customer-facing role.
Senior Cabin Crew
Blue Islands also welcomes applications for Senior Cabin Crew positions from individuals with at least 12 months of continuous flying experience within the past 36 months, ideally in a Senior Cabin Crew role.
