The role
The difference our new Regional Support Pilot – Scotland will make
As a Regional support Pilot – Scotland you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary operating EC135 aircraft in a variety of roles.
Day to day, you’ll see that the position is for a Regional (Scotland) based Touring pilot and offers varied and challenging flying across a range of disciplines including HEMS and NVIS operations. The successful candidate will be required to maintain the highest standards of professional expertise and safety throughout the conduct of this challenging role.

Person Specification
Minimum requirements for candidates for this position are:
Hold a UK ATPL(H) or CPL(H) + IR
Fluent English, Driving License, Passport, Right to Work in the UK.
Experience required:
Either :
2000 hours minimum total helicopter experience.
500 hours operating experience in twin turbine helicopters in an operational environment similar to the intended operation.
20 hours VFR at night as pilot in command.
Fluent English, Driving License, Passport, Right to Work in the UK.
Candidates would also ideally:
Have recent multi engine experience
Be qualified and instrument rated on the EC135 and EC145.
Have current or recent HEMS experience.
Have experience of NVIS operations.
