Who we are looking for?

Problem solvers and bar-raisers wanted. We are looking for a LAFT Tutor Qualified Flying Instructor who is able to work as part of a dynamic, experienced and multi-disciplined team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast paced and busy flying training environment, who is able to apply their knowledge to deliver a diverse range of courses safely and in line with best practice and regulation.

What will you be doing?
Deliver flying training and ensure that all other related support activities and services are provided under the direction of the Site Operations Manager and Flight Commander to meet and exceed customer expectations and LAFT2 contractual needs at all times.
Required to support the delivery of all customers directed flying training courses and support activities, including that of Duty Authoriser and Flying Supervisor.

The experience you’ll bring
Considerable flying instructional experience, preferably military.
Sound understanding of partnering and alliance between customer and contract.
Ideally, current or previously held military A2 category Tutor QFI. Or a B1 category Tutor QFI with the potential to achieve A2 within the first year of employment.
UK or JAA CPL(A) SEP, IR and FI (unrestricted) rating including Class 1 medical.
Flying supervisor and Authoriser (FSC/FLAC).
DTTT qualification

You must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
