Essential Requirements
Prospective Direct Entry Pilots must meet the following stringent criteria:
- Possession of a UK-issued CAA ATPL (A), fATPL (A), MPL, or an EASA licence that satisfies UK CAA conversion routes (3, 4, 5, or 6).
- A minimum of 2500 hours total flying time (subject to factorisation) on an aircraft type that fulfills Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) requirements, with recent experience on this type within the last 6 months.
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.
- An ICAO English Level 6 proficiency, a valid passport, and a current Class 1 Medical certificate.
- Height between 1.57m (5ft 2in) and 1.91m (6ft 3in); a functionality check will be required for candidates exceeding this upper limit.

- Candidates are advised of reapplication periods: 6 months following initial application stages and 12 months after the simulator assessment stage.
