About the Role
Ashley Furniture is seeking a dedicated Corporate Jet Coordinator to oversee executive aviation operations. This position is responsible for the comprehensive scheduling, arrangement, and coordination of corporate jet travel for executives and associates, ensuring safe and efficient transportation across all company locations. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, the capacity for rapid decision-making under pressure, and an unwavering commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate corporate jet travel for regular rotation trips and special destinations.

Manage quarterly trip scheduling and maintain public and private access calendars.

Facilitate jet request forms and secure necessary CEO approvals.

Arrange comprehensive travel accommodations, including hotel lodging and ground transportation.

Ensure travel policy compliance and manage the collection of signed acceptance forms.

Develop and distribute detailed itineraries to passengers, pilots, and relevant stakeholders.

Provide real-time flight monitoring and communicate schedule adjustments effectively.

Support international travel requirements, including embassy registrations and necessary checklists.

Review and process jet-related expenses to ensure accuracy and timely payment.

Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely alerts to ensure swift resolution.
Qualifications

Associate degree in business, travel, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Prior experience in the travel industry, including airports, hotels, or transportation, is preferred.

Comprehensive knowledge of travel industry rules and regulations.

Expert understanding of corporate travel policies.

Proficiency with computer software, specifically the Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to perform under pressure.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to maintain professional discretion and confidentiality.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.

Physical requirements include good vision for detailed documentation, extended periods of sitting, and the performance of repetitive tasks involving keyboards and office equipment.
Work Environment
This is a high-visibility role supporting executive leadership within a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be available for extended hours and after-hours support to accommodate aircraft schedule changes.
