As a holder of both Swiss and Maltese Air Operator Certificates (AOCs), Albinati Aeronautics excels in aircraft management, bespoke charter flights, and the sale and acquisition of business jets, operating a diverse and modern fleet. About the Role
The VIP Flight Attendant will be an integral part of Albinati Aeronautics' commitment to delivering unparalleled luxury service to its discerning clientele. This challenging full-time position demands exceptional standards of in-flight service, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure an exquisite cabin experience on every flight.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of catering, including proposing bespoke menus and ensuring the provision of premium amenities.
- Delivering five-star in-flight service, encompassing gourmet meals, beverage service, and assisting passengers with entertainment systems.
- Preparing, maintaining, and managing an immaculate and comfortable cabin environment to the highest standards.
- Conducting efficient stock supply and inventory management for all cabin provisions.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of five years of proven experience in corporate aviation, specifically serving owner's families and operating charter flights.
- Possession of a diploma or equivalent qualification from a reputable hospitality, culinary, or restaurant management school.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French and/or Italian is considered a significant asset.
- Demonstrates discretion, exceptional flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail and high reactivity, crucial for managing the dynamic demands of the role.
- Proven ability to professionally and effectively work with high-demanding clients.
Employment Details
- Start Date: 15th of January, 2026
- Contract Type: Initial 1-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for a permanent contract based on exemplary performance.
- Working Hours: Full-time position, operating on a roster of 20 days ON / 10 days OFF.
