VIP Flight Attendant

Albinati Aeronautics, a distinguished Geneva-based business aviation company holding both Swiss and Maltese Air Operator Certificates (AOCs), is actively involved in aircraft management, charter operations, and business jet sales and acquisitions. With a diverse fleet, the company is seeking a motivated and experienced VIP Flight Attendant to join its team, drawn to the energy and excellence of the organization.
Position Details
- Start Date: July 1st, 2025
- Contract Type: Initially a 1-year fixed-term contract, with potential for conversion to a permanent contract based on performance.
- Working Hours: Full-time position operating on a roster of 20 days ON / 10 days OFF.
Candidate Prerequisites
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A minimum of five years of experience in corporate aviation, specifically working with aircraft owners' families and handling charter operations.
- A diploma or equivalent qualification from a hospitality, culinary, or restaurant management school.
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in French and/or Italian considered a significant asset.
- Demonstrated qualities of discretion, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high reactivity are required for this role.
- Proven ability to provide service to high-demanding clientele.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
The VIP Flight Attendant is responsible for:
- Managing catering arrangements, proposing menus, and overseeing onboard amenities.
- Delivering five-star in-flight service, including meal and beverage service, and assisting passengers with entertainment systems.
- Preparing, maintaining, and managing the aircraft cabin environment to the highest standards.
- Handling stock supply and inventory management for the cabin.
