Cabin Crew - Private Jet Charter

About the Role

The Cabin Crew member is responsible for assisting in the safe, efficient, and secure conduct of the flight, with a particular dedication to passenger safety, comfort, and optimal experience. As a primary point of contact with passengers, the Cabin Crew member embodies AirX Charter's commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and optimal experience throughout the flight.
  • Assist in the safe, efficient, and secure conduct of all flights.
  • Operate aircraft systems and emergency equipment.
  • Manage passenger needs and ensure a high level of service.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Possession of a valid EASA Attestation.
  • Minimum height of 160cm and a reach of 212cm.
  • Successfully passed an aero-medical examination conducted by an approved AME, AeMC, or OHMP, acceptable to the Authority. This examination emphasizes physical and mental ability to:
    • Undergo required training for competence maintenance (e.g., firefighting, slide descending, using Protective Breathing Equipment, first aid).
    • Operate aircraft systems and emergency equipment.
    • Continuously sustain the aircraft environment while performing duties (e.g., altitude, pressure, re-circulated air, noise, type of operations).
    • Perform duties efficiently during normal, abnormal, and emergency situations, including psychologically demanding circumstances (e.g., assistance in emergencies, stress management, decision-making, crowd control, crew coordination, management of disruptive passengers and security threats).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as Cabin Crew in First/Business class airline operations.
  • Previous experience as a Flight Attendant in the Business Aviation environment, preferably operating single-crew private jet operations.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including long hours and frequent travel.
  • Cheerful, upbeat personality and a well-groomed appearance.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to speak a second language from the following: Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
