Job Summary
The Cabin Crew Member is responsible for assisting in the safe, efficient, and secure conduct of flights. Key duties include ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and delivering an optimal passenger experience, embodying the brand's dedication to exceptional service.

Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years.

Possession of a valid EASA Attestation.

Minimum height of 160cm with a reach of 212cm.

Successfully completed an aero-medical examination by an approved Aero Medical Examiner (AME), Aero Medical Centre (AeMC), or Occupational Health Medical Practitioner (OHMP). This examination must emphasize physical and mental ability to:

Undergo required training for competence maintenance (e.g., firefighting, slide descending, using Protective Breathing Equipment in simulated smoke, first aid).

Operate aircraft systems and emergency equipment.

Continuously sustain performance in varied aircraft environments (e.g., altitude, pressure, recirculated air, noise, type of operations).

Perform duties efficiently during normal, abnormal, and emergency situations, including psychologically demanding circumstances (e.g., assisting crew and passengers in emergencies, stress management, decision-making, crowd control, crew coordination, managing disruptive passengers, and security threats).

Minimum of three (3) years of experience as Cabin Crew in First/Business class.

Previous experience as a Flight Attendant in Business Aviation, preferably operating single-crew private jets.

Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including long hours and frequent travel.

Cheerful and upbeat personality with a well-groomed appearance.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Proficiency in at least one additional language, such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
