Recruitment Event Guidelines

Responsibilities

Maintain a dual focus on passenger safety and high-quality customer service.

Execute onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.

Provide exceptional passenger assistance throughout the flight.

Contribute to a diverse team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.

Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Hold a high school degree.

Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.

Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining) with the legal right to work in the country of application.

Ability to swim.

Residency (or willingness to relocate) within 60 minutes of the chosen base, with the flexibility to manage this commute based on flight schedules.

No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.

Medical suitability: Prescription for glasses or contact lenses must be within the range of +4 to -4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
