Wizz Air is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated individuals to join its award-winning cabin crew team. This recruitment event is exclusively for candidates who hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.

Recruitment Event Guidelines

  • Applicants must arrive punctually; the process may extend into the late afternoon.
  • Candidates are required to bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
  • This event is open to candidates applying for Wizz Air Malta bases.
  • All candidate requirements will be formally verified during the event.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a dual focus on passenger safety and high-quality customer service.
  • Execute onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Provide exceptional passenger assistance throughout the flight.
  • Uphold the core values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Contribute to a diverse team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Hold a high school degree.
  • Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining) with the legal right to work in the country of application.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Residency (or willingness to relocate) within 60 minutes of the chosen base, with the flexibility to manage this commute based on flight schedules.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
  • Medical suitability: Prescription for glasses or contact lenses must be within the range of +4 to -4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
