AirMed International, LLC, a global leader in air medical transport, is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to assume the pivotal role of Head of Human Resources at its Head Office. This executive position is instrumental in cultivating and sustaining a world-class workforce dedicated to providing exceptional air medical services.

Position Summary:

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function for AirMed International. This includes strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and fostering a robust organizational culture. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company's mission and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with AirMed International's business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent within the highly specialized aviation and medical fields.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and professional development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and aviation regulations.
  • Cultivate a strong company culture that emphasizes safety, compassion, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Prospective candidates will possess a proven track record in senior Human Resources leadership, preferably within the aviation, healthcare, or a related complex operational industry. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a significant advantage. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
