Air Arabia Cabin Crew Opportunity (Croatia)
Air Arabia is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as Cabin Crew. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout all phases of flight. They must be prepared and fit for duty, adhering to all company policies and procedures to maintain optimal productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct: Maintain timely attendance, impeccable grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights. Attend briefings to understand flight details, assigned roles, security protocols, and boarding procedures.
- Safety Measures: Deliver clear instructions to passengers on safety protocols, ensuring their well-being at all times. Identify and report safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor for appropriate action in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Administer first aid when required and promptly notify the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Customer Service: Welcome passengers and assist with boarding formalities, accurately entering relevant data into the aircraft logbook. Provide proactive and attentive customer service, addressing individual requests and needs. Identify and assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following established protocols and procedures. Actively promote onboard products and services, contributing to revenue generation and the "Charity Cloud" program, while managing cash and credit card transactions securely and accurately.
- Crosschecking and Reports: Conduct thorough pre-flight checks to ensure adequate supplies, emergency equipment, and catering resources, reporting any discrepancies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain. Assist in maintaining cabin cleanliness during transit and ensuring proper restocking of catering and duty-free items. Guarantee orderly handover of cabin resources to catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Complete post-flight briefings and assessment reports, providing objective feedback on Cabin Supervisor performance, flight irregularities, and security of duty-free containers. Account for passenger conduct and, when designated, fulfill the responsibilities of the Cabin Supervisor.
- Professional Development: Maintain current professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent training, emergency procedures drills, and relevant workshops. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team success.
Important Requirements:
- Age: Between 20 and 33 years
- Height: Minimum 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height
- Appearance: Clear skin with no visible tattoos or marks while wearing the uniform
- Physical Fitness: Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Swimming Ability: Must be able to swim with the aid of a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; Diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.
- Training: First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures training is a plus.
- Health: Fit to fly with good general health; free from serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the airline, aviation, or hospitality industries is beneficial.
- Possession of an active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shift patterns and extended hours.
- Adaptability to frequent schedule changes and busy working conditions.
