Aviation Pilot - Medical Transport

The Aviation Pilot is responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft and weather conditions for the safe transport of medical personnel and patients to designated receiving hospitals within a defined operational area. The pilot adheres strictly to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and guidance provided in the Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2500 hours total flight time is required; 3000 hours is preferred.
  • Must have at least 1000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience.
  • Requires a minimum of 1000 hours of turbine flight time.
  • Requires a minimum of 200 hours of night flight time.
