Flight Crew Member - Air Belgium
Purpose of the Position
As a Flight Crew Member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and comfortable transport of passengers to their destination. This role prioritizes the highest level of safety and aims to provide passengers with an exceptional flying experience.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Actively participate in flight briefings, ensuring thorough understanding of all flight-specific details.
- Assist in timely and efficient boarding processes according to company standards, maximizing on-time performance.
- Deliver clear and concise announcements in appropriate languages as required.
- Address any problems or concerns reported by Senior Cabin Crew or Cabin Crew Members, collaborating with the Captain in command to determine appropriate actions.
- Respond effectively to any safety and security issues during the flight, implementing relevant procedures in accordance with the Captain's instructions.
- Act as an Air Belgium Ambassador, promoting the company's values and providing exemplary customer service.
- Foster efficient teamwork and support colleagues as needed.
- Perform other duties relevant to achieving company objectives within the scope of the individual's competence.
Profile Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Possess a valid EASA CPL/IR or ATPL.
- Hold a valid type rating with a valid IR rating.
- Have accumulated 1000 hours of flight time on A320/330/340/350/380 aircraft.
- Have accumulated 1500 hours of flight time on aircraft with a maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) exceeding 44 tons.
- Achieve ELP level 5 or higher.
- Possess the legal right to work and reside in Belgium.
- Hold all required certificates, including health-related documents, for entry into the territories served by Air Belgium.
