Flight Crew Member
Aviation professionals are invited to apply for the position of Flight Crew Member. In this role, the individual will ensure the safe and efficient operation of flights, upholding the highest standards of safety and service. Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Actively participates in flight briefings, ensuring comprehensive awareness of all flight specifics.
- Assists in maintaining optimal on-time performance.
- Addresses concerns and problems, taking necessary actions in collaboration with the Captain.
- Manages safety and security matters during flight, adhering to relevant procedures in accordance with the Captain's direction.
- Serves as an ambassador for the company, promoting its core values.
- Ensures effective teamwork and provides support to colleagues as needed.
- Performs additional duties relevant to achieving company objectives within the scope of competence.
Profile Requirements:
- Complies with local and national legislation, as well as health and safety standards.
- Adheres to company policies, values, and the auditor's code of ethics.
- Reports hazards, non-compliances, and risks affecting customers, employees, or the company to the appropriate hierarchy.
- Maintains a positive, open, and cooperative attitude to facilitate strong working relationships, while also possessing a critical and analytical approach.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Holds a valid EASA CPL/IR or ATPL.
- Possesses a valid type rating with a valid IR rating.
- Has acquired 1000 hours of flight time on A320/330/340/350/380 aircraft.
- Has acquired 1500 hours of flight time on aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) exceeding 44 tons.
- Demonstrates English Language Proficiency (ELP) at Level 5 or higher.
- Possesses the right to work and reside in Belgium.
- Holds all necessary certificates, including health-related certifications, required for entry into territories served by the company.
Note: All ratings must be currently valid or previously endorsed on the applicant's EASA license.
