About the Role
An airline is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as Cabin Crew, based at an unspecified location. This role is pivotal in enhancing the overall customer experience, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout each flight, and representing the airline positively. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Ensuring punctuality, proper grooming, and fitness for assigned flights.

Conducting pre-flight briefings and acknowledging flight details.

Instructing passengers on safety procedures and identifying potential safety risks.

Administering first aid as needed and reporting irregularities to relevant personnel.

Assisting passengers with boarding and in-flight requests, including pre-bookings and special needs.

Promoting on-board sales and contributing to revenue targets.

Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Conducting pre-flight checks of supplies and equipment, reporting any deficiencies.

Ensuring cabin cleanliness and the provision of re-catering and duty-free products.

Facilitating the handover/takeover of the cabin with ground staff.

Completing post-flight reports and evaluations.

Maintaining professional knowledge through recurrent training and ensuring license validity.
Qualifications

Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.

Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is desirable.

Must be fit to fly with good general health, free from serious medical conditions.

Presentable with a friendly, positive, and cheerful attitude, even under stress.

Customer service-oriented with the ability to understand and attend to passenger needs.

Work Experience

Previous experience as cabin crew or in customer service within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality industries is an advantage.
