Requirements

A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.

Demonstrated positive attitude and the ability to deliver excellent service within a team, interacting with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Minimum high school education (Grade 12 or equivalent).

Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.

An arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes and a minimum height of 160 cm to ensure access to all necessary equipment on board all aircraft types.

No visible tattoos or brands are permitted when wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform; cosmetic coverings and bandages are not allowed.
