The Emirates Group is seeking a Vice President of Cabin Crew Training to lead and deliver world-class training programs from its state-of-the-art facility in Dubai. This senior leadership role is responsible for translating strategic direction into impactful, scalable training solutions for cabin crew and hospitality partners, ensuring adherence to brand standards and driving operational excellence.
About the Role
The Vice President Cabin Crew Training will oversee the end-to-end operational execution of service, hospitality, safety, and operational training for Cabin Crew and designated external service and hospitality partners. This role is pivotal in shaping training programs to meet Emirates Group brand standards, support workforce capability development, and ensure consistent service excellence. Collaboration with senior leadership, training teams, HR, and key business stakeholders is essential to ensure training interventions are future-ready, operationally aligned, and integrated with innovation and transformation roadmaps.

Translate and execute the approved Cabin Crew Training strategy for Service & Hospitality, converting strategic priorities into scalable, high-impact training programs.

Oversee continuous training needs analysis and design future-ready programs to elevate service, hospitality, safety, and operational performance.

Embed advanced training technologies, blended learning models, and modern learning methodologies.

Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of training professionals and leaders, fostering a high-performance culture.

Measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on data and feedback.

Ensure robust governance, quality assurance, and compliance across all training delivery.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).

12+ years of experience in In-Flight Service/ In-flight Administration.

Experience in the service industry, preferably within a global leading airline.

Demonstrated leadership and experience in managing a team.

Prior experience in learning and development and leading change and transformation.
