About the Role
The Cabin Crew member is responsible for upholding the airline's image and fostering customer loyalty by enhancing the overall passenger experience. This involves ensuring passenger safety and comfort during flights while adhering to company policies and procedures. The role requires individuals to be fit for duty and productive in line with established measures.
Key Responsibilities

Ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, and fitness for assigned flights.

Conducting pre-flight briefings to confirm flight details, role distribution, security checks, and boarding procedures.

Instructing passengers on safety procedures to guarantee their safety and comfort.

Identifying safety and security risks and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor for remedial actions.

Administering first aid to passengers when necessary.

Promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain.

Welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding, and entering necessary data into the aircraft logbook.

Providing excellent customer service, attending to individual passenger requests and pre-bookings.

Assisting passengers experiencing stress or difficulties as per operational policies.

Promoting on-board revenue through the efficient promotion of meals, products, and charity services to achieve sales targets.

Ensuring the secure handling of cash and credit card payments for sales and donations.

Conducting pre-flight checks of supplies and equipment, reporting any deficiencies.

Assisting in ensuring cabin cleanliness and adequate provision of re-catering and duty-free products.

Overseeing the orderly handover/takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.

Carrying out post-flight briefings and assessment reports, including evaluations and reporting discrepancies.

Accounting for passenger conduct and assuming Cabin Supervisor duties when designated.

Maintaining professional and safety knowledge through recurrent training and workshops.

Contributing to team efforts and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Requirements

Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.

Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is a plus.

Medically fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions.

Presentable, friendly, and possessing a cheerful, positive attitude, even under stress.

Work Experience
