About the Role
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout flights. The role involves acting as an ambassador for the airline, promoting a positive corporate image, and contributing to customer loyalty. This role is based at an unspecified airline location.
Job Responsibilities

Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, and fitness for assigned flights.

Attend briefings to acknowledge flight details, role distribution, security checks, and boarding procedures.

Instruct passengers on safety procedures and identify safety and security risks.

Administer first aid as necessary and report irregularities to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain.

Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, and enter necessary data into the aircraft logbook.

Attend to passenger requests, pre-bookings, and needs, while maximizing on-board revenue and charity program contributions.

Handle cash and credit card payments securely for sales and donations.

Conduct pre-flight checks of supplies and equipment, reporting any deficiencies.

Ensure thorough aircraft cabin cleaning and adequate re-catering and duty-free product provisioning.

Oversee the handover and takeover of the cabin with relevant staff.

Conduct post-flight briefings and assessment reports.

Account for passenger conduct and perform Cabin Supervisor duties when designated.

Maintain professional and safety knowledge through recurrent training and workshops.

Contribute to team objectives and achieve allocated sales targets.
Requirements

Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate. A diploma in Travel/Tourism is an advantage.

Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is beneficial.

Fit to fly with good general health, free from serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.

Presentable, friendly, with a cheerful and positive attitude.

Customer service oriented, with the ability to understand and attend to customer needs.

Capable of handling difficult situations and angry customers professionally.

Focused, with the ability to identify irregularities and handle emergencies efficiently.

Proactive, self-motivated, demonstrating initiative and teamwork competency.

Very good verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Fluent in English. Other languages are advantageous.
Experience

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality industries is an advantage.

An active cabin crew license is beneficial.

Ability to work shifts and extended hours.

High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.

Demonstrated ability to deliver against policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
