About the Role

Key duties include ensuring passenger safety, providing comfort, and managing in-flight services effectively. The role requires a high degree of adaptability to dynamic work environments and flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent physical fitness and good general health, with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
• A presentable appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even under stressful circumstances.
• Strong customer service orientation with the capacity to handle challenging situations effectively.
• A focused approach with the ability to identify irregularities and manage emergencies.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in time management and problem-solving.
• Capability to work flexible shift patterns and extended hours.

Qualifications (Added Value)

• Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures.
• A Diploma in Travel/Tourism.
• Previous experience as Cabin Crew or in customer service within the Aviation/Hospitality sectors.
• An active Cabin Crew License.
