About the Role

As a Cabin Crew member, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flight operations. Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate.
• Fluency in the English language, both verbal and written.
• Must be fit to fly with good general health, with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
• Possess a presentable and professional appearance.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and passengers professionally.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Capability to work in shift patterns and extended working hours.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.

Qualifications and Advantages

• Previous cabin crew or customer service experience in the aviation or hospitality sectors is valued.
• First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures training is considered an added advantage.
• An active cabin crew license is advantageous for this Flight Attendant role.
