An airline is seeking to recruit a Cabin Crew Member to join their team in an undisclosed location. This role involves ensuring passenger safety and comfort while delivering exceptional customer service, acting as an ambassador for the airline and promoting a positive corporate image.
About the Role
The Cabin Crew Member is responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight cycle. This includes conducting pre-flight checks, instructing passengers on safety procedures, administering first aid when necessary, and promptly reporting any irregularities to the appropriate personnel. The role also focuses on providing excellent customer service, attending to passenger requests, promoting onboard services to maximize revenue, and accurately handling financial transactions. Additionally, the Cabin Crew Member will assist with cabin cleanliness, catering, and duty-free product management, contribute to team objectives, and maintain professional knowledge through recurrent training.
Requirements

A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is required; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.

Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is considered an added value.

Must be fit to fly with good general health, free from serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.

Possesses a presentable, friendly, cheerful, and positive attitude, even under stress.

Customer service oriented, capable of understanding and attending to customers' needs and requests.

Able to handle difficult situations and angry customers without compromising the corporate image.

Focused and capable of identifying irregularities and handling threats and emergencies efficiently.

Very good verbal and written communication skills.

Fluent in English. Other languages are an advantage depending on airline requirements.
