Cabin Crew Opportunity - Moscow Recruitment Drive

Job Purpose:
The Cabin Crew member acts as an ambassador for Air Arabia, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image by consistently enhancing the overall customer experience. He/She provides exemplary customer service to all passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. The Cabin Crew member maintains readiness and fitness to operate, ensuring productivity aligns with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct: Ensures punctual attendance, maintains proper grooming standards, and is physically and legally fit for assigned flights. Attends briefings to acknowledge flight details, role assignments, safety targets, and boarding procedures.
- Safety Measures: Informs passengers on safety procedures to be followed, prioritizing their safety and comfort. Identifies and reports safety and security risks, partnering with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Administers first aid to passengers when necessary. Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Customer Service: Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, entering necessary data into the aircraft log book as per Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures. Provides excellent customer service by attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs. Identifies and supports passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following established policies and procedures. Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, achieving individual and team targets. Ensures proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received from sales and donations.
- Crosschecking and Reports: Performs pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, and catering, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain. Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before flying. Ensures orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Conducts post-flight briefings and assessment reports according to established procedures, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting any flight discrepancies. Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and assumes the duties of ‘Cabin Supervisor’ when designated by the Captain.
Maintains necessary professional and safety knowledge, and competitiveness by attending recurrent trainings, emergency procedures trainings, and educational workshops and by ensuring current licensure. Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related duties and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Important Requirements:
- Age: Between 20 to 30 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportionate to Age and Height
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is required; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is preferred.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is advantageous.
- Must be fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality industries is highly valued.
- Possession of an active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Must be capable of working in shifts and for extended working hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
