Job Purpose
Acts as Air Arabia’s ambassador; strives to achieve customers’ loyalty and to promote a positive corporate image, at all times, through enhancing the overall customers’ experience. Provides excellent customer service to all passengers whilst ensuring their safety and comfort are achieved throughout the complete flight cycle. Be ready and fit to operate ensuring productivity is in line with set measures and company’s adopted policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Readiness & Conduct:
- Ensuring timely attendance for assigned flights, maintaining impeccable grooming standards, confirming physical fitness, and verifying all necessary legal documentation is in order.
- Actively participating in pre-flight briefings to fully understand flight specifics, individual roles, safety protocols, security checks, and boarding procedures.

Safety & Security Management:
- Instructing passengers on safety procedures to be followed throughout the flight, consistently prioritizing their safety and comfort.
- Identifying potential safety and security risks and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement remedial actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administering necessary first aid to passengers as required.
- Promptly reporting any operational irregularities or equipment malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain.

Customer Service Excellence:
- Extending a warm welcome to passengers and assisting with boarding formalities, accurately recording required data in the aircraft log book according to Air Arabia and regulatory authority procedures.
- Providing consistent, high-quality customer service by attending to individual passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Identifying and providing support to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, strictly following detailed policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.

On-Board Sales & Revenue Contribution:
- Contributing actively to maximizing on-board revenue and supporting the 'Charity Cloud' program through effective promotion of on-board meals, retail products, and charity services, working towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Ensuring proper and secure handling of all cash and credit card transactions received from sales and donations.

Crosschecking, Reporting & Handover:
- Conducting thorough pre-flight checks to verify sufficient stock of supplies, operational emergency equipment, catering provisions, and other specified items before departure, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain as appropriate.
- Assisting in ensuring the aircraft cabin is meticulously cleaned during transit and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are available before subsequent flights.
- Overseeing the orderly handover and takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, or maintenance personnel.
- Completing post-flight briefings and assessment reports according to adopted policies, providing objective feedback on the Cabin Supervisor, reporting flight issues or discrepancies, and managing the closing and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Reporting on passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and being prepared to perform the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.

Professional Development:
- Maintaining required professional knowledge and safety competency through participation in recurrent training, emergency procedures workshops, and educational programs, ensuring current licensure is maintained.
- Contributing actively to team goals by achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is required. A diploma in Travel or Tourism is considered advantageous.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is valued.
- Must be medically and physically fit to fly, possessing good general health with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
Required Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this role.
- Previous experience as Cabin Crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality industries is considered beneficial.
- Holding an active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Candidates must be capable of working irregular shift patterns and extended hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent schedule changes and busy operational demands.
- Ability to contribute effectively and successfully deliver against established policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential.
Physical & Personal Requirements
- Age must be between 20 and 30 years at the time of application.
- Minimum height requirements are 160 cm for females and 168 cm for males.
- Weight must be in proportion to age and height.
- Clear skin is essential, with no visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Must be medically and physically fit to perform all Cabin Crew duties.
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device is required.
