This role serves as an ambassador for Air Arabia, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and upholding a positive corporate image by consistently enhancing the overall customer experience. The Cabin Crew member delivers exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout each flight. The candidate must be prepared and fit for duty, maintaining productivity in line with established metrics and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights.
- Attends briefings to understand flight details, roles, targets, and security procedures.
- Instructs passengers on safety procedures, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
- Identifies safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor for corrective actions.
- Administers first aid to passengers when required.
- Promptly reports irregularities and malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain.
- Greets and assists passengers during boarding, accurately documenting information in the aircraft log.
- Provides personalized customer service, addressing pre-bookings, requests, and individual needs.
- Identifies and supports passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
- Actively promotes on-board services, products, and the "Charity Cloud" program, maximizing revenue while achieving individual and team objectives.
- Ensures secure and accurate handling of cash and credit card transactions for sales and donations.
- Conducts pre-flight checks for adequate supplies and equipment, reporting deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assists in maintaining a clean cabin at transit stations and ensuring adequate re-catering.
- Ensures smooth and complete handover/takeover of cabin responsibilities with relevant staff.
- Completes post-flight briefings, providing objective feedback on the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any discrepancies and overseeing the secure closing of duty-free containers.
- Reports on passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and assumes the role of 'Cabin Supervisor' when assigned by the Captain.
- Maintains current professional safety knowledge by attending recurrent and emergency training sessions and obtaining necessary licenses.
- Contributes to team goals by achieving related results and sales targets.
Essential Requirements:
- Age: Between 20 and 30 years.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height.
- Clear skin, free from visible marks or tattoos while in uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties.
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is considered beneficial.
- Good general health, with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience as cabin crew or in a customer service capacity within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality sectors is desirable.
- An active cabin crew license is considered an advantage.
- Capable of working varied shift patterns and extended hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
