Cabin Crew Recruitment Drive in Minsk, Belarus

A recruitment drive is being held in Minsk, Belarus for Cabin Crew positions. Interested candidates are requested to apply online. Shortlisted candidates will receive an email invitation with details of the venue, time, and date of the assessment 2-3 days prior to the assessment.

Job Purpose:

The Cabin Crew member acts as an ambassador for Air Arabia, striving to cultivate customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image by enhancing the overall customer experience. They provide exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. The Cabin Crew member must be prepared and fit for duty, maintaining productivity in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Result Responsibilities:

Conduct:

  • Ensures punctual attendance, appropriate grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights. Attends briefings to acknowledge flight details, role assignments, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures.

Safety Measures:

  • Instructs passengers on safety procedures, ensuring their well-being and comfort at all times.
  • Identifies safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to take corrective actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Administers first aid to passengers when necessary.
  • Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.

Customer Service:

  • Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, entering necessary data into the aircraft logbook as per Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures.
  • Provides consistent, excellent customer service, attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
  • Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following established policies and procedures in the Operations Manual.
  • Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, thereby achieving individual and team targets.
  • Ensures the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments from sales and donations.

Crosschecking and Reports:

  • Conducts pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, and catering equipment, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
  • Assists in maintaining a clean aircraft cabin at transit stations, ensuring adequate re-catering and duty-free products are available.
  • Ensures orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
  • Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting flight problems or discrepancies, including the closing and sealing of duty-free containers.
  • Reports on passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor, and carries out the duties of 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated by the Captain.
  • Maintains professional and safety knowledge through recurrent training, emergency procedure training, and educational workshops, ensuring all licenses are current.
  • Contributes to team success by achieving related results, sales targets and objectives.

Important Requirements:

  • Age: 20 to 33 years.
  • Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male).
  • Weight: Proportionate to age and height.
  • Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
  • Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
  • Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages):

  • Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.
  • Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value.
  • Good general health with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases, and fit to fly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Work Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality industries is an advantage.
  • Possession of an active cabin crew license is an advantage.
  • Capable of working in shift patterns and for extended hours.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to frequent changes and busy schedules.
  • Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
