Job Purpose

The Cabin Crew member serves as an ambassador for Air Arabia, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive brand image through exceptional customer experiences. They provide outstanding service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight. This role requires readiness and fitness for duty, aligning with company policies and procedures to maintain optimal productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct: The Cabin Crew member ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, and fitness for assigned flights. They attend briefings to acknowledge flight details, roles, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.
  • Safety Measures: They instruct passengers on safety procedures and take actions to ensure passenger well-being. They identify safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor for corrective measures, and administer first aid when needed. They report any irregularities or malfunctions promptly to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain.
  • Customer Service: They welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, and provide excellent, personalized customer service. They address individual requests, identify and assist passengers experiencing difficulties, and promote on-board revenue programs. The Cabin Crew member ensures secure handling of all cash and credit card payments.
  • Crosschecking and Reports: They carry out pre-flight checks for sufficient supplies and report any deficiencies. They assist in maintaining cabin cleanliness and ensure proper handover to other staff. The Cabin Crew member also prepares post-flight briefing and assessment reports, and accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct. They will also maintain necessary professional and safety knowledge by attending trainings, ensuring a current license, and contributing to team goals, including achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.

Important Requirements

  • Age: 20 to 30 years
  • Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
  • Weight: Proportionate to age and height
  • Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
  • Medically and physically fit for cabin crew duties
  • Ability to swim with a flotation device

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

  • Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is preferred.
  • Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is a plus.
  • Good general health with no serious medical conditions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Work Experience

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in cabin crew or customer service roles within Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality industries is an advantage.
  • Possession of an active cabin crew license is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in shift patterns and for extended hours.
  • High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
  • Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
