Cabin Crew
Location: Tajikistan (Please Note: This recruitment drive and assessment process will take place exclusively in Tajikistan.)
Job Summary:
The Cabin Crew serves as a key ambassador for the airline, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image by enhancing the overall passenger experience. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service to all passengers while diligently ensuring their safety, security, and comfort are maintained throughout the entire flight journey. The successful candidate will be expected to be consistently ready and fit to operate, adhering strictly to established productivity measures and company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
The Cabin Crew is responsible for:
Conduct:
- Ensuring punctuality, impeccable grooming standards, physical fitness, and compliance with all legal requirements for assigned flights.
- Attending pre-flight briefings to stay informed about flight details, role distribution, targets, security procedures, and boarding processes.
Safety Measures:
- Instructing passengers on essential safety procedures, prioritizing their safety and comfort at all times.
- Identifying potential safety and security risks and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administering first aid to passengers as required.
- Promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as appropriate.
Customer Service:
- Warmly welcoming passengers and assisting with boarding formalities.
- Entering necessary flight data into the aircraft log book in compliance with airline and regulatory procedures.
- Providing consistently excellent customer service by attending to individual passenger needs, pre-bookings, and requests.
- Identifying and providing assistance to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following the guidelines detailed in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Contributing to maximizing on-board revenue and supporting the "Charity Cloud" program through the effective promotion of on-board meals, products, and charity services, thereby achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Ensuring the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments for individual sales and donations.
Crosschecking and Reports:
- Conducting pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering, and other specified items, and reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
- Assisting in ensuring thorough aircraft cabin cleaning at transit stations and confirming adequate re-catering and duty-free supplies are available before departure.
- Managing the orderly and complete handover and takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Completing post-flight briefings and assessment reports in line with adopted policies, including providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting flight problems or discrepancies, and overseeing the sealing of duty-free containers.
- Accounting to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and being prepared to undertake the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.
- Maintaining professional and safety knowledge and competitive readiness through participation in recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, while ensuring current licensing is upheld.
- Actively contributing to team success by achieving related results and meeting allocated sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Age: Between 20 and 33 years.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm for females and 168 cm for males.
- Weight: Must be in proportion to age and height.
- Appearance: Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Health & Fitness: Medically and physically fit to perform the duties of Cabin Crew. Must possess good general health with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases, certified as fit to fly.
- Swimming Ability: Capable of swimming with the aid of a flotation device.
- Education: A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable. A diploma in Travel or Tourism is considered advantageous. Training certifications in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures are also an added value.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Language Proficiency: Must demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Work Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in a cabin crew or customer service role within the Aviation, Airline, or Hospitality industries is highly valued. Possession of an active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Availability & Flexibility: Must be capable of working variable shift patterns and extended hours. Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent operational changes and demanding schedules.
- Performance: Proven ability to contribute effectively and successfully deliver against established policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
