This position is open to candidates available for assessment in Tajikistan. The successful candidate will serve as an Air Arabia ambassador, cultivating customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image by consistently enhancing the passenger experience. This role prioritizes exceptional customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout every phase of flight operations. The ideal candidate will maintain high productivity in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The Cabin Crew member will ensure timely attendance, maintain professional grooming, and adhere to all legal requirements. Pre-flight briefings will be attended to ensure complete understanding of flight details, assigned roles, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures. Responsibilities include instructing passengers on safety procedures, identifying and mitigating safety and security risks (collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor as needed), administering first aid when necessary, and promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel (Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, Captain).
The Cabin Crew member will welcome passengers, assist with boarding, and accurately record data in the aircraft logbook. They will provide superior customer service, addressing passenger needs and pre-bookings, assisting those experiencing stress or difficulty, and promoting on-board meals, products, and the “Charity Cloud” program to maximize revenue and meet individual and team targets. Accurate handling of cash and credit card payments is essential.
Pre-flight checks will ensure sufficient supplies and equipment, with deficiencies reported to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain. The Cabin Crew member will contribute to cabin cleanliness at transit stations, ensuring adequate re-catering and duty-free products. Efficient handover/takeover procedures with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff will be followed. Post-flight briefing and assessment reports will be completed accurately, including objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and any flight-related issues. The Cabin Crew member will account for passenger conduct and, when designated by the Captain, will assume the duties of Cabin Supervisor. Continuous professional development is expected through recurrent training, emergency procedure training, and educational workshops, maintaining current licensing. The candidate will actively contribute to team goals, achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
