Air Arabia Cabin Crew Opportunity in Azerbaijan

Job Summary:

The Cabin Crew member acts as an ambassador for Air Arabia, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image through the enhancement of the overall customer experience. The role requires providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the entire flight cycle. The successful candidate must be prepared and fit to operate, maintaining productivity in accordance with established standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, physical fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights. Attends briefings to acknowledge flight details, roles, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.
  • Instructs passengers on safety protocols, prioritizing their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Identifies safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to take remedial action as per Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Administers first aid to passengers when necessary.
  • Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
  • Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding, entering required data into the aircraft logbook according to Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures.
  • Delivers consistent, high-quality customer service, addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
  • Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to established policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.
  • Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting meals, products, and charity services, meeting both individual and team targets.
  • Ensures the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card transactions related to sales and donations.
  • Conducts pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other essential items, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
  • Assists in maintaining cabin cleanliness at transit stations, ensuring adequate re-catering and duty-free products are available before flight.
  • Guarantees orderly and complete cabin handovers to catering, cleaning, or maintenance staff.
  • Completes post-flight briefings and assessment reports following company policies, providing evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting any flight issues or discrepancies, including the sealing of duty-free containers.
  • Informs the Cabin Supervisor regarding passenger conduct and assumes the duties of "Cabin Supervisor" when designated by the Captain.
  • Maintains professional and safety knowledge, attending recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, and ensures that all licenses are current.
  • Contributes to team success by achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.

Essential Requirements:

  • Age: Between 20 and 33 years.
  • Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).
  • Weight: Proportional to age and height.
  • Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
  • Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties.
  • Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.
  • Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is considered a valuable asset.
  • Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Work Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in cabin crew or customer service roles within the Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality industries is advantageous.
  • An active cabin crew license is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work in shift patterns and extended hours.
  • Demonstrates a high level of flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
  • Proven ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
