Roster and Compensation
This position is structured to offer an exceptional work-life balance, coupled with highly competitive remuneration.
- Standard Roster Pattern: A compelling 20 days ON / 10 days OFF rotation.
- Winter Flexibility: Flexible roster options, including 40 days ON / 20 days OFF or 30 days ON / 15 days OFF, are available during the winter season.
- Competitive Pay: Highly competitive remuneration based on a guaranteed minimum hours contract, applicable monthly during both summer and winter operational seasons.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Prospective Captains must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Must possess the legal right to live and work permanently within the European Union (EU).
- Mandatory possession of a current and valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Current and valid B737NG Type-Rating is essential.
- A minimum total flying time of 3,500 hours.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
- Must demonstrate flight recency, having logged flight time within the preceding 12 months.
