The Role of a Captain

Essential Candidate Requirements
Prospective Aviation Captains must meet the following stringent criteria:
- Valid EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence)
- Minimum of 4000 total flight hours
- Minimum of 1500 flight hours on aircraft with an MTOW (Maximum Take-Off Weight) exceeding 27,000 kg
- Minimum of 3 years of airline pilot experience, calculated from the type rating endorsement date
- Minimum of 500 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience, with at least 300 hours as Commander on an aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 27,000 kg
- English language proficiency at a minimum ICAO Level 4

- Initial telephone interview conducted by AeroProfessional
- Comprehensive psychometric assessment

- Medical examination conducted in Türkiye (for successful interview candidates)
