Candidate Profile and Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following stringent eligibility criteria, demonstrating a robust professional background and adherence to regulatory standards:
- Possession of unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union.
- Valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Current and valid Boeing 737NG Type Rating.
- A minimum of 3,000 hours total flying time (TT).
- At least 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) experience on the Boeing 737NG type.
- Demonstrable flight recency, with the last flight occurring within the past 12 months.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) endorsement of at least Level 4.

- Submission of comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) and supporting documents to AeroProfessional.
- Initial telephone interview conducted by AeroProfessional.
- Online Human Resources (HR) interview.
- Invitation to a comprehensive Simulator (SIM) and Psychological assessment, held in either Rome or Sofia.
