The Role: EASA B737NG Captain
ETF Airways is currently seeking highly skilled and experienced EASA B737NG Captains to operate on a contract basis. This is a year-round, long-term opportunity offering exceptional stability and the potential for lifestyle-friendly roster pattern options during the winter season, subject to operational availability. The successful candidate is sought for immediate commencement, with the Operator Conversion Course (OCC) provisionally planned for September 2025 or earlier, contingent on candidate availability.

Role Requirements
- Possession of the legal right to live and work within the European Union.
- Valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with ATPL theory credit.
- Current and valid B737NG Type Rating.
- A minimum of 3,000 hours Total Time (TT).
- At least 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on B737NG aircraft.
- Demonstrated flight recency within the last 12 months.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
Application Process
- Initial submission of Curriculum Vitae (CV) and supporting documents to AeroProfessional.
- An initial telephone interview will be conducted by AeroProfessional.
- A subsequent online interview will take place with the ETF Airways Human Resources department.
- Invitation to a simulator assessment and/or psychological interview, typically held in Rome or Sofia.
- The simulator assessment is provisionally scheduled for mid-August, with the Operator Conversion Course (OCC) planned for September 2025 or earlier, contingent on candidate availability.
