Pilot Candidate Requirements: A330 / A320 Fleet
The successful candidate must meet all of the following core requirements to be considered for a pivotal role within our operational team. We seek highly qualified aviation professionals who demonstrate unwavering commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Essential Pilot Qualifications and Licensing
- The applicant must possess a current and valid UK Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or ATPL (f) license.
- A mandatory Aircraft Type-Rating for the A330 and/or A320 is required.
- Candidates must ensure their License Proficiency Check (LPC) remains current and fully valid at the point of contract commencement.
Minimum Experience and Operational Prerequisites
Experience requirements are tailored to the designated fleet:
- A330 Time on Type: Flexible, based on the candidate's overall flight history and experience profile.
- Cross-Crew Qualification (CCQ) Candidates: A minimum of 1,500 hours logged on the A320 fleet is strictly required.
Language Proficiency and Security Standards
Prospective pilots must satisfy stringent administrative and security prerequisites:
- The applicant must be fluent in the English language, proficient in both spoken and written communication. An English Language Proficiency (ELP) certification at Level 5 or higher is mandatory.
- All candidates must successfully complete comprehensive airport security vetting procedures, which includes a mandatory and satisfactory five-year employment and background history check.
